I’m Salaar Siddiq, an A-Level student in Lahore, Pakistan, currently studying Economics, Business, Psychology, and Global Perspectives & Research. Before my A-Levels, I completed my schooling as an International Baccalaureate PYP and MYP learner, which nurtured my curiosity for global issues and analytical thinking. I aspire to pursue a double major in Economics and International Relations, with the long-term goal of working in policy-making, diplomacy, or multilateral platforms such as the United Nations. My academic and extracurricular interests converge in understanding how economic policy, political systems, and international cooperation can address pressing global challenges. Alongside my studies, I have extensive experience in writing and content creation, and I serve as the Editor for Trinity Press, my school’s magazine. I also represented the Language and Arts Society in the Student Council. As part of a winning team at the Asia Regional Space Settlement Design Competition (ARSSDC), I worked on economic planning, civic arrangement, business development, psychology, and lawmaking—integrating diverse disciplines to create practical, large-scale solutions.
